The suite we got was just about in great condition. The only things that bothered me I could tell the bedding had not been changed as there were fecal stains on the blanket that i unfortunately did not notice until i pulled off the sheets the next day to make sure they were replaced for the next guest. Luckily the stains were on the side that I was not laying in. Breakfast was over by the time my family and I arrived. That was my mistake as I was used to breakfast hours from other hotels. The website does advertise two pools but I’m not sure if one was out of order or I just was not able to access. The hot tub at the main pool by the office was also out of order. The furniture by the pool needs to be cleaned it was very uncomfortable sitting on them as the filth was visible. The staff was great very polite. My kids really enjoyed the stay so much they wanted to move in. It was just minor details that can be fixed.
