"My Dad was arriving late at the airport. Cindy shuttled me over to pick him up. Cindy and the other staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel, room and beds were all 5 star. The breakfast was good. Great Stay."

"The hotel Albuquerque was fantastic! Clean, comfortable, awesome staff and the location was perfect! Above all we loved the pristine hot tub and pool. Immaculate! Yes coming again!"

"The amenities and location made this hotel a very good stay. The restaurant in the lobby, Carries, was affordable and pretty good food with great service. The coffee downstairs was also pretty good (coming from someone who roasts specialty coffee), and we loved having the 1922 bar, which always had people in it. The pool and hot tub were also great and free water bottles throughout the hotel too. The only thing that didn’t wow me was the room itself. It was a good size but felt a little overlooked. Only one nightstand for two beds, no hairdryer, no microwave. The duvet could’ve used a real cover too instead of being between some sheets. I’d stay here again though cause it did feel really nice and the staff were top notch. Great customer service, very helpful whenever I wanted them!"

"The room and hotel were clean. The surrounding area felt safe and so did the hotel. It does have a lingering smell as if smoking used to be allowed there years ago. Lots of restaurants and fast food places less than 5 minutes away!"

"The room Was clean and comfortable, but the common areas were dirty. We went down the stairwell everyday and it had mud in it. For the entire stay the dirt and mud was still in the stairwell. The room was comfortable, but the walls were thin. You could hear all your neighbors conversations, crying, dogs, etc. Overall it was an OK stay, but not great."
