"Great hotel. Clean , centralized in the city , from hotel you can walk everywhere with great restaurants in the area. Very friendly staff"
Congress Plaza Hotel

"Then hotel and it's staff were excellent. Then only issue was with maintenance. There was only on elevator working for the wing we were staying in and the wait was quite long. Luckily the hotel was not that busy but even then we were faced with packed elevators or even having to wait for the next. The room was beautiful and we only wished they had more real coffee pods for the coffee maker. Instead we were given cocoa and flavored items. Parking is available next door and is expensive. Despite all that I would stay there again if only for it's convenient location."

"Great location, super helpful staff, accurate recommendations, GREAT location. The bed, THE BED, so wonderful! TV very good except; remote was too difficult. The control buttons are ridiculously small and difficult to read."

"So far the best hotel we have found in Chicago. Everything was in close walking distance. Super easy to get to from the airport, fabulous food outlets nearby, easy stroll to Lake Michigan. And the friendliest, most helpful staff !!"

"Godfrey is a beautiful hotel in a great location. I had the deluxe King room that was very spacious and it had an amazing view. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be staying here when I am back in Chicago."
