“We had an issue with our room - the toilet was not refilling properly- and the manager promptly moved us to another room. Incredibly helpful staff, clean rooms, nice place.”

“My granddaughters and I enjoyed the seasonal pool. The only drawback was that was the key card access to go back inside the hotel was not working. The facility was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Despite being near a main road, the room was quiet.”

“The positives: The rooms and the property were immaculately clean and well-kept and the choice of pools (indoor and outdoor) was a nice amenity. The negatives: Booking through Expedia incurred a $10 fee that was unexpected and the hotel staff did a mediocre job explaining the rationale for that charge. Being a culinary resort, I expected more treats included for guests and if not free breakfast, then at least a meal subsidy at one of the onsite eateries. All in all, it’s a nice, quiet place……

“The room is clean and the position is quite good for Costco and Starbucks are quite near. But the basin in the bathroom is really small, besides, water in the pool is not very clean. ”

“Elevator was not working during entire stay despite being told by staff it was going to be fixed before check out. Had to carry 3 heavy bags down multiple flights of stairs. Common areas were dirty, staircases needed a thorough vacuuming, gym floors dirty especially under treadmills, gym had a dirty smell , front desk person was rude when I asked when elevator would be operating again.”

He gave us several recommendations for exploring, which was very appreciated. The room was lovely and even had snacks and a water machine for us to enjoy. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“This place is amazing! The staff was excellent, and the complimentary communal beverage stations on each floor were a great touch, offering freshly ground coffee, tea, sparkling water, and still water. The hotel is located near a large construction project, and parts of the surrounding area feel somewhat depressed.
