“3rd time of staying here, 2nd time I couldn’t have a warm shower in the morning. Rooms do need updating, however very clean. Staff friendly on the whole, however uninterested when I complained about the shower. Food was great in the bar, good atmosphere, and recently refurbished. ”

“Spacious and clean rooms. Handing over rooms upon arrival could be more efficient, taking into account that if a client arrives early, it is usually because they have been traveling very early. Good breakfast although the replenishment when a product was finished”

“The building is like a maze, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was both heating and air conditioning as well as a window which could be opened. Breakfast on the Saturday was terrible, I was so disappointed and had to go elsewhere to eat. But the Sunday it was lovely so perhaps they were having an off day although it does make it expensive to have to pay again for breakfast. 100% recommend the breakfast on Sunday and the staff both days were really nice. “No bar and restaurant which was advised after booking but before check in. Tv not working (despite looking brand new), phone in room not working, WiFi terrible but a lovely setting. Just felt a bit odd with no amenities. Just ordered a food delivery and had an early night… wish I’d taken a book to read!”
