The room was as exactly like the picture as far as clean 2.5 out of 5 the room had decor left behind from a previous renter lots of dust the bathroom shower head did not work and the drain in the bathroom started smelling on our last night the staff was pretty good the elevator can be a long wait ...

We have stayed many times at the Hilton Royal Palm and always love it. We stayed in the West Wing which tends to be quieter at night. Resort is clean and well kept, staff is very friendly and helpful and it is conveniently located to many restaurants. It’s not on the best beach on the island but ...
