“Staff were friendly and great”

“Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel.”

“The room was ok, outdated. TV good, had mini frig/microwave. Tub/shower, no safety bars. Toilet low and small. All functional. Bed was comfortable. Staff was fine. What does one expect for $90?”

“A bit on the outskirts of Mankato. Had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Staff clearly works hard to maintain the property. Clean. Great value for a reasonable price. I would stay there again and would recommend ”

“The loud noise of the heater when operating is very annoying. It’s a walking distance to MNSU. ”

“Yes, except maybe not as super knowledgeable since I was charged for the night that I paid on hotels.com as well. So i've been double charged.I reached out to them for a refund and they refunded, and then took the payment again.And I haven't heard since, but it's been well over a month and I can't seem to get this refund processed.”

“The room was so pretty, clean, and comfortable, and very quiet overnight even with our room facing the highway. Great pillows and comfortable bed. Loved the shower too. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and hot food was hot. Check in and out was a breeze. The pool was great. Clean pool area and spacious. The water temperature was very good, not freezing cold like so many are. There wasn’t a hot tub which I thought was unusual, but since pool water temperature was so good I didn’t miss……

“easy parking, coffee available 24hrs. served in a coffee machine NOT in a Luke warm air pot. beds were comfortable. Breakfast not so good, but coffee was there.”
