“Not often that everything is exactly as advertised or better. Great location, comfy bed and couch, small but fully functional kitchen. Huge container of coffee and filters etc was super appreciated ! Lastly, staff awesome, we got a warm good morning from one of the ladies that does house cleaning, Norma was so kind and offered up a great suggestion for us that night to head to the local food market….it was great! 100% stay +!”

“This Oceanfront Condo was perfect for our stay in Oceanside. We often prepared meals and were happy with the kitchen supplies. Gas grills were a short walk away.The location is perfect for walking anywhere in the harbor, beach or downtown area. ”

“My husband and I stayed at Pacific Villas during our recent vacation in Oceanside to celebrate our anniversary, When we arrived, it was close to midnight, so we weren't able to see what the area looked like outside until the following morning. We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the ocean and the view from our unit. The unit included everything that we would need for our stay - refrigerator, stove, microwave, plates, cups, etc. Check in and out were very easy and the……

The hosts were very proactive and communicative, check-in instructions were clear and check-out process was easy. We had a small request that they were easily able to accommodate. Highly recommend!”
