Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Last minute cancellation by the host

Host cancelled within a few hours of our arrival. Our family had travelled all day to arrive in the city and were shocked by the last minute cancellation and no communication. We then had to find other accommodations in another area.
