We spent a lot of time by the pool and we stayed in a cabana which we really enjoyed. A few things we didn’t love was that you couldn’t get room service, we ordered a pizza around 7-8pm and waited for it at the bar but It took an hour. We also weren’t told that the breakfast buffet runs from 7am-10am and after that we could order from their breakfast menu. We were not fond of the breakfast buffet and would’ve preferred ordering from the menu so I do think that you should advise your guests of the times. The staff at the bar/restaurant work very hard and are very nice but they are understaffed and we would wait 30+ minutes for a drink, let alone food. Probably would not stay here again but other than those things we did enjoy it. This is a budget hotel, and for the price its a pretty reasonable deal." Cons: room was basic with no dresser or space to put clothes. It was noisy overnight and we were kept up. No regulation for parties etc. the hot water kept going in and out. There was a lot of construction noise. One staff member was really helpful, the others not so much. If you care about sleep, this is not the place.
