“Our room was dirty. I don't even think they had even actually cleaned it. The carpets were disgusting and looked like they never vacuumed them. There were hair and debris in our sheets and what looked like a booger smeared on the nightstand. There was toothpaste still visible on the bathroom countertop area that we cleaned up with wipes ourselves. The shower looked dirty and there were black hairs on the floor and hand towels in the bathroom. We complained and were told they were sold out,……

Otherwise, room was very clean and spacious with no less than ten plus grab bars located in bathroom bathtub. Room window overlooked great lake view. Also, morning breakfast room was large and spacious.”
