“The lady at the front desk was very attentive and professional. I could tell English wasn’t probably her first language but she spoke so well and was very polite. ”

“Hotel makes a nice first impression upon entrance, but it and the rooms needs air freshener. The breakfast is st best mediocre. It has just enough variety to enable the hotel to trithfully advertise a complimentary breakfast. Room was clean but rust stains around the tub were unsightly. For the money though it is a good value. ”

“My check in was at 3 pm but I arrive really early in houston and I was accommodated with a 9 am check on. I was dead tired and very much appreciated the accommodation.”

The two nights I was there I was sick and there to get evaluated by MD Anderson, your lovely hostess at the front and her friend prayed for me and made me feel comfortable. The next day I happen to stop the cleaning lady to ask for a blanket because I was freezing. She came into the room could figure out why the thermostat would not go higher. She got someone else and they both came to look at it and fixed it for me and forever grateful for the……

“The hotel is located next to the highway with plenty of parking spaces, making parking convenient. The hotel has been newly renovated, so the facilities are very new. However, because it is close to the road, the noise from passing vehicles can be a bit loud. Breakfast includes cake, hot water, coffee, milk, orange juice, and a small selection of cereal.”

“I personally like this place, the room was very clean and quiet, the staff was friendly too, check-in was an easy process. minus one star for the exterior appearance of the hotel, looks like they are doing a major remodeling for the building. hopefully it will complete soon. I will stay here again next time.”

“Staff could have been friendlier. The room was clean but had a musty smell to it. We put AC on high fan and the smell got better. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. All in all a good stay. Would recommend. ”
