The ferry service across the river was frequent and convenient access at several points along the Riverfront. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant, engaging, and went out the extra mile to ensure that I had a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“The room, roof pool, and breakfast were very good. The elevator was down and only 1 was working so wait times were long and you couldn’t realistically use the stairs to 7th floor with suitcases and kids. Also, I forgot an item in my hotel bathroom and they reported that the item had not been located which is hard to believe. It was hanging in the restroom so my assumption is that it was taken by staff and not turned in. ”

“The room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. We were very disappointed when a hotel van was parked in one of the handicapped spaces all day and night. It should have been parked in a regular space instead of taking a handicap space. Very irritating. ”
