“Ruby, the general Mgr of the property was amazing! She helped us out with early arrival on both days. We stayed here a day before & after our cruise. It was a perfect location to get us ready for the cruise. There’s literally a cruise parking across the street from the condo. The rooms were spacious and very nice! The view off are balcony was awesome. Watching boats, dolphins & manatees go in & out of the canal. There was an onsite restaurant it was ok. Walmart within 11 minute drive. Everything……

“Under construction but rooms were beautiful and clean! Pool was gorgeous and close walk to restaurants. We would definitely stay again!”

“Check in and out instructions were easy. More like a VRBO than a hotel. Cold pool in April, hot tub also not working. Mildew smell but that’s most of Florida. Place was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Did have to strip beds and make sure dishes were clean prior to check out. ”

“Who got to decide the design of the connecting room and the 0-sound-proofed wall must be a genius that loves to sleep with the noise and talking and laughing until 2 or 3 pm Except this everything is good. Great view great pool great location. If you don’t mind the noise, go. ”

“The king room looking over the ocean was nice -- simple but clean and had all we needed. The bed was good but we didn't love the pillows. The pool with a bar on sight was nice but it would have been better if there were a few more lounge chairs. We were happy with the included breakfast and to find the water cooler to fill our water bottles (in the laundry room). The beach was not crowded but had a lot of seaweed. Overall good for the price. We did pay extra for parking and to rent beach……

“The lady at the desk was very nice. The room was old and most of the furniture had surface damages and the bathroom looked very used and old. The breakfast was only cereals and bread.”

“Two disappointments: we stayed a week and no dresser so could mot unpack. No refrigerator or coffee maker in the room.”

“We arrived at hotel around 11 pm. We were assigned a room on 2nd floor only to find out they do NOT have an elevator. We requested a room on the 1st floor and were told it would cost an additional $20!! So 70 yr old woman dragged their 50 pound luggage up and down a flight of stairs! (and not quietly) Sorry for the other guests. We get to the room and find the curtain ripped and the baseboard pulled away from wall. Very outdated but at least I didn't see any bugs. The kicker was the next morning……

“Loud people not necessarily the hotel's fault but the thin non-insulated door with no seal and the hangout picnic area outside the door is. Loudest place I've ever stayed. Don't expect much in the breakfast; gravy biscuits, oatmeal, cereal, mini donuts, toast. Hidden parking fee of $5 per night too. Clean, comfortable beds, great AC, close to the beach.”
