With views of the Cherry point shrimpboats and Kiawah River, this Seabrook Island 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is just minutes from the Seabrook Island Beach Club, the marina, Freshfields Village. and Kiawah Island. Located in its own private community, guests have access to a serene, quiet location, its own complex pool overlooking the Lowcountry marsh, a designated outdoor area to grill, and a community dock for fishing and kayaking.
This end-unit, first-floor unit has a bright open space living area. The living room has a comfortable sectional, large flat screen TV with cable services, ample seating, recessed LED lighting, and incredible marsh views. A dining table off the living area seats four. The kitchen features granite, new appliances, some kitchen stools, ample cookware and serveware, and a carafe and K-cup coffeemaker.
With incredible views of the Kiawah River, the Master Bedroom offers a plush king bed with dresser, hanging clothes rack, dresser, chair and ensuite bathroom. The newly remodeled bathroom features an oversized shower, large vanity and toilet.
The guest bedroom features two additional beds (a queen and a twin), nightstand, chair, closet, and full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Guests love the Lowcountry breeze off the water as they lounge on the porch with comfy seating off the dining area.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site.
As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. PROPERTY ALLOWED 2 GATE PASSES CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
