The people in the room next door were having a party at 3:00 AM; they didn't stop shouting and laughing until around 4:30—and that was *after* they supposedly sent security to quiet them down."

"Well maintained pool and hot tub, with nice view of the River and Mountains. Pool staff made me feel special by being very helpful. Rooms very clean every day with bottled water. view from 18th floor was awesome. And some lucky slot player won over $10,000., when I was playing nearby. Good stay."

"Our room was not clean. It took the hot water at least 20 minutes to get hot to take showers. The hallway carpet leading to our room was needing a good shampooing and stretched, there were several areas where the carpet was bunched up, causing trip hazards. The hottub/spa was closed. At one point during our stay there was no water in our room due to a leak repair, it would have been nice to give the guests prior warning. The "No Smoking" casino was not smoke free at all. "

"Love the location, off the strip. Rooms are spacious. Don’t like the new resort fee that added $40 Cdn to our room price. Since it was still April, the pool closed at 6 pm so we didn’t get much time in it and the pool water is cold. Spa was closed. Buffet was good."
