“Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and the grounds. We went into office to check in and as we are leaving noticed sliding bar that goes across door for safety. 😳 Walking into our room it did not smell clean. Went in bathroom and it was dirty. The sink had leftover shaving cream and hair in it. The towels were dingy and the toilet looked like it had just been used. Open the mini refrigerator to someone’s leftovers from a week still in it. Disgusting. We tried to go to bed and the……

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

“I have no problem with the motel room itself, aside from the fact that the room did not include a functioning refrigerator. But that wasn’t going to be a problem as long as there was an ice machine that could keep my food cold. The ice machine in the lobby was also broken. So, every day for five days I had to drive to the local gas station and purchase ice. The staff at the front desk were kind and accommodating. Considering the price of the room, it’s a reasonable value… But you could do……
