We have spared no expense providing 2 Queen-sized Tempurpedic type beds for an awesome night sleep(one in each bedroom), a living room twice as big as the bedrooms w/ leather sofa, lazy-boy recliner chair, & executive captain swivel chair furniture, high speed internet, & top of the line LED Sony Tv, w/ Netflix for cozy entertainment in the evenings after your long day exploring the high desert of Sedona Arizona & shoping in the awesome shoping district of Uptown Sedona 2 blocks down the street! (Did we mention the laptop "study" desks in each bedroom w/ reading lamps?!) The location gives a perfect balance between seclusion from traffic, spectacular scenery from the porch just outside & from windows, while still being just a few minute walk from world class shopping, markets for a night run, & hiking trails into the storybook landscape & mountains surrounding the condominium!

First and foremost: Location, location, location. This very large and lovely townhouse is beautiful, comfortable, convenient, fully stocked with anything you can possibly need, safe, and one of the best places I've ever rented.

Great location!

This 2-BR condo is perfect for a wonderful stay in Sedona. It's a quiet neighborhood in the Uptown area, with a short walk to restaurants and shops and hiking. It ticked all the boxes for us and we got the most out of our trip.

Great spot, walkable to center but in a nice quiet area.

Nice property, beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Property owner was very detailed and responded timely. We had no issues at all.

Lovely Stay

Excellent property

Our family really enjoyed this place. Location was perfect and an easy walk to main drag . The location was private and in a neighborhood type area . The inside was very clean and nicely done. Simple decor but comfortable seating and up to date kitchen area. Great parking area . The beds are ridiculously comfortable, better than any I've ever experienced at any place I've stayed. Steven is really awesome too and was very easy going and even spent extra time talking with my husband . Would highly recommend this place for your Sedona stay.

Nothing Luxury about it!

The unit is roomy, the furniture is very comfortable. There is a bidet on the toilet if that qualifies as luxury . There are quite a few cosmetic blemishes on the bathroom walls . The kitchen is great however it is not very well stock with needed kitchen items. Requested measuring spoons and measuring cups , he could not provide. Very sparsely stocked.The owner is obnoxious and creepy. I asked if he had any sharp knives and he responded with I am sorry my knives to not meet your culinary expectations!When Owner came into unit to replace light bulb and fix showerhead he did not say hello he just walked in and went to work and left. Very strange behavior!

Like Being At Home

I would definitely stay here again. It felt like a home away from home. It's in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood. The beds are amazing. Just put my head down and I was out for the night. Large rooms for a condo and has a beautiful kitchen. There's a cute little patio in the back, but it was too cold while I was there. The patio would be fun when weather is a little warmer. Really enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and convenient rental walking distance downtown Sedona

Beautiful Condo

The condo was great. The owner was easy to get ahold of and gave very good description and details. Check in was 4 pm i was 30 minutes early, he didn't have any problem letting me in early. He began texting a couple of weeks before the trip with explanation of what to expect. The condo had everything we needed including trashbags, dishwasher pods, coffee, and dish soap. The location was right in walking distance of all of the gorgeous shops. The condo owner even has his own shop, pretty neat. Overall, we had a great time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.I asked if we could stay an additional day and he was great about setting it up.

dealt with dead and live cockroaches.

It was close to town and very quiet around the condo.The back parking gets flooded.so glad there was parking in front.Needs a couple of more skillets and a blender.
