“He photos are misleading - one feels they are renting a beautiful retreat. It isn’t. The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. The interior was filled with flies - they keep landing on our heads and food. The owner’s acknowledged……

“We stayed in a glamping site. Everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Thru have wireless phone charger in the room and fireplace in the glamping cabin which is nice. The shower room was a bit too small and not very clean though. ”

“A bit dated but very clean and the host was excellent; very responsive. Second bedroom has 4 beds (1 bunk, 1 trundle). Able to walk to downtown easily. Long walk from elevator to condo if anyone has mobility issues. Would stay again.”

“We extended a room for one more night on the second day of moving in and was charged right away, but on the original day of check-out we found our luggage and belongings are moved out of the room.”

“The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable. The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis.”

“There was no blinds in the livingroom for the pull out couch. We had to wipe the floor after spilling water and the paper towel came up so dirty. There was only 2 pool towels and the listing says “sleeps four”. There was a hair on the sheets in the bedroom and no cover on the duvet for the pull out. Overall felt unclean.”

“The property was very clean and we loved the easy check-in and check-out process. The host (Mark) was very responsive when communication was sent, however there were really no issues or problems so communication was minimal. We highly recommend this property and would certainly consider staying again in the future.”

“The room was perfect. We love the view. Everything was clean and worked properly. It was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. Parking was great! We were able to walk to several restaurants. The location was great for our trip to Banff.”
