“This property would greatly benefit from an onsite manager. The check in was very disorganized and not helpful. There were payment processing issues and very little instruction on how to locate the specific property, the parking situation, amenities, etc. The room was nice, roomy and clean. The hallways did have dirty floors though.”

“This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. “The room condition in F2 is poor. There are lots of holes in the curtains of my room. The freezer door is broken. The carpet is dirty, and the wallpaper in my room and the walkway are also in terrible condition.”
