“Appreciated the option for multiple bedrooms, stayed for a basketball tournament in KC. HUsband and kids are 6'5" and up and is nice to have Queen size options for the whole family. Also two bathrooms made it nice. Washer/Dryer in the unit was absolutely fantastic to get uniforms washed up. Will stay again when game schedule requires overnights in KC area. Clean, comfortable, went to Italian restaurant for dinner and breakfast at Ihop. Husband did not like the mattress, but I did not mind……

“House was perfect for the 4 of us. Manager Lance communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. Quiet neighborhood close to many KC activities. House was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. All 3 queen beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms had everything we needed and showers had good water pressure and had all soaps and shampoos needed. We had a nice parking spot in the back, but right in front of the house on the street was also always available.”

“Place had great vibes, loved the brick walls, exposed ceilings. Took kids to opening day at the K then back to relax and watch sweet 16. Location was great for us to run and grab food to take back. For sure will stay again.”

“We had a great time at The Nelson condo. It was a good location to launch from as we revisited our favorite Kansas City spots. And the space is cute and functional. Despite some difficulty with road construction for the streetcar expansion, and the inconvenient outage of the elevator, we were happy with our pick for staying in KC for a long weekend. And lastly, there were a few minor issues upon arrival, but the property manager had a maintenance person there to address the issues within hours……

“This condo is cute and very conveniently located close to local hospitals. It was just what we needed, the owners were kind and provided a very clean, and fully furnished home. We very much enjoyed our stay, we will definitely use again in the future!”

“Pictures don't quite do the place justice. It is a great spot in a great location. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There is the noise aspect to consider, but wasn't bad at all when we stayed (4/12-4/14). This was for our annual siblings weekend and was a hit! The only thing to worry about is parking. We got lucky and found a spot, and just hopped on and off the streetcar for the weekend.”

“This property has a good location. Close to the Plaza and Westport. We have stayed here a couple times for a Chiefs game weekend. The two bedrooms are great with king beds in each and a bathroom for each bedroom as well. Nice common area for the living room and kitchen. Some things are in disrepair such as the bathroom doors, hooks on the back of the doors and simple things that could use an upgrade. Walls are very thin and you can hear people in the apartments above you and next to you. Overall……

“This property was awesome! We had 10 adults and it fit us perfectly. The beds were big and very comfortable and the bedrooms were large enough for all our belongs during the 4 night stay. The living area was huge and had a great vibe with the unique decorating. The TV was plenty big and viewable from all areas of the living room. Open floorpan and plenty of counter space for food and large table for eating, puzzles and games. A very big refrigerator, good stovetop and plenty of cooking utensils,……

“Perfect unit for four friends. Tons of space and a beautiful veranda to spend evenings. Only drawback is one parking space. Otherwise, walking distance to great restaurants and short drives to various venues.”

“Things i like most is there is plenty of room, bathroom counter space and a king size bed. It is on the 3rd floor so it is quiet but there are several flights of stairs to haul your stuff up and down.”

“The bed was one of the coziest bed I’ve slept in. However there was no fitted sheet? Just a flat sheet. And the dust could have been a little less. But other than that, the place was very well decorated and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay!”

“Layout worked very well for our stay, located in a very nice neighborhood. We met up with family for golf and shopping. There are areas of the home that need attention. Deck is showing age and spindles are falling out which would be unsafe for a family with little kids. I wish we would of had access to the whole home or notified prior to staying that some areas are off limits. Other than that minor stuff, it worked very well for our trip. Kitchen is nice and big.”
