Had somebody gone and looked but the lady working the desk was kind of rude and told me that somebody would look at it the next day well the next day I’m not staying there anymore and I don’t really care. I care right now. The only good thing that worked was the air conditioner.”

“I did enjoy the stay - very clean and staff was very accommodating. Water pressure for the jacuzzi tub was strong and temp was hot right away. Convenient to get to nearby restaurants and ice cream. There is no elevator so make sure you’re ready for stairs if your room is on the second floor. I was looking for fresh fruit at the breakfast spread but none available. A/C seemed to struggle to keep the room cool during the day but it was in the 90’s outside. Despite no smoking rules at the property,……

“The place is beautiful! Right on Lake Michigan with the best sunsets Iv ever seen. Although the pool was great and shuffleboard was cool the WiFi didn’t work at all and I couldnt get any service on my phone. Normally I wouldn’t complain but there also wasn’t a tv. So there was nothing for my ten year old son and I could do after dark. I don’t think anyone checked in on us to ask how our stay was going or if we needed anything. It made us feel a little out of place. The photos were wrong as well,……
