“Amazing location in the centre of town but quiet….”

“Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. ”

“Basic single room, not very comfortable bed, and i supose ia m not used to the road noise as i was kept awake by the traffic. The positive note was that it was cheap for £ 53.00 P/N. so i am not complaining. You pay for what you get. ”

“We stayed in a deluxe double room, for one night, overlooking the car park but it was very quiet and spacious. Room and bathroom was very clean (except under the bed!). We only found out it was not vacuumed because we had to move the bed as we thought something of ours had rolled under it. The carpet was very dirty and lots of food on it etc. I suggest the cleaners move the bed to vacuum. Staff are very friendly and efficient especially reception and bar. We didn’t eat dinner in the……

“We attended TOR rooms for a nice getaway before my wife gives birth, we had been approximately 3 years ago and had a great time. Unfortunately with the new owners it has gone completely downhill. Upon entering the room there were around 8-9 large spiders. Ordinarily, a couple of spiders I would chuck out of the window. This time however it was almost like an infestation. I had to kill about 6 and flush them before my wife would even settle. We could not get through to the staff on the phone so……
