“This was perfect for a quick getaway. My room was large and comfortable with a view of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The pool was large and had shaded space for me to knock out some work too. This part of the beach is relatively quiet and just what I was looking for”

“This was honestly one of the most STRESSFUL & DISORGANIZED resort experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at TradeWinds RumFish to check-in & the line was so long it extended outside into the heat, & I stood there carrying my 3 yr old toddler for about 1.5 hours, only to finally be told my room still wasn’t ready. Staff told me I'd have to wait in line all over again b/c they couldn’t assign a room yet due to being overbooked. Security told me I couldn’t temporarily leave my car near the lobby b/c……

“Our first room, my issue was the carpet. It was extremely nasty. My feet stuck to it as I walked from the front door to the patio. I went down to exchange my room. I had to complain quite a lot to get them to switch me rooms with no carpet once I did that the room that I went into the bed, you could tell as soon as you seen it half of it, the frame was broke as far as cleaning, I don’t think the floors have been mopped since the building has been built totally overpaid for this experience”
