“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and private, which made it the perfect place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We would especially like to thank the lady who served us during dinner and breakfast. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Although her English was limited, she went above and beyond by using Google Translate to explain the menu and answer our questions. Her effort and warm hospitality...

“5回目位来てます。今回来た時から経営が変わって大浴場が、予約貸切で値段も高く(今回は露天風呂が故障のためお金はかからなかったど)部屋風呂だけだと、好きな時に何度も入れないので、そこを前の様にいつでも誰でも入れる様にして貰えたら、また是非行きたいです。”

“The hotel is well located just opposite the JR Otaru station. The room is clean and decent. The size is quite standard in Japan. It will be starting renovation in April and we are excited to stay afterwards. ”

“朝食バイキングの種類は、他の方も言っている通り少なめでした。カレーやラーメンなどの定番の物もありませんでしたが、味は美味しかったです！ 何よりスタッフの方の対応が素敵でした。3歳の子どもを連れての宿泊でしたが、色々と気遣って頂きました。いろいろとおもちゃも頂き子どもも喜んでいました。 質素に泊まりたい方にはオススメです。”
