“The house is older but cozy and charming. Beds were very comfortable - and two King beds is unheard of, such a nice perk! Kitchen had the basics, all we needed. Jeff was very responsive. I had never worked with the Happy Guest app before and found it a little challenging; I prefer just getting check in and out instructions through the VRBO platform. Being an older house in an old part of Denver, the parking situation was tight, and would be for anything larger than a car - jockeying a smaller……

“The host was very welcoming, the house was amazing to sleep in and it was close to everything we wanted to do. Although I was uncomfortable because one of the cleaning ladies came in while we were gone and we walked in her being there. With no warning or heads-up that she would be there.
