“Let me start by saying that our stay was pleasant and COZY. I think these pictures were taken when this was just remodeled, they do not reflect what the properties actual condition is, which I would describe as nice but slightly run down. In pic it shows vibrant walls, bright bedding and purple couch. That’s not what we got. The unit is very clean, but little things disappoint, such as a toilet seat that is crooked, a shower floor pan that needs cleaning or replaced, among other small things.……

“Fabulous place to stay! If you love the Mid Century style, you’ll appreciate the attention to detail the host put into preserving and decorating the property. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are heavenly, and the location allows you to take advantage of the best PHO has to offer. Will, the host, is very accommodating. His house manual has some great reviews of nearby restaurants, or avail yourself of the goodies at AJ’s fine foods and cook on property. Fa-get about Scottsdale; leave that……

“This condo isn’t a great location for the things we like to do in Scottsdale/Phoenix. My husband and I enjoyed walking next door to the Starbucks after a workout in the nice community workout room. I also highly recommend Scottsdale nails a few doors down from Starbucks.We enjoyed the third floor location as we could see the distant mountains in Phoenix and of course the mountains directly next to the property. As the hosts mentioned in their description, there is no elevator, so be mindful of……

“I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car……
