“Clean room and hot tub!”

“The room provided was filthy. There was urine stains on the floor in the bathroom. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 adults and 2 children. No hand or face towels. The front desk was contacted and they provided another room which was satisfactory. ”

“They must have been facing the usual lack of staff problem because breakfast ended before the allotted time--no food”

“Nice staff and environment. But hotel was a little old considering it was a Marriot. It needs to be updated. The carpet in the floor hall was really loose and had rolls in it. The walls in the room were worn and looked dirty. And the tub/shower was stained.”

“Based on a lot of reviews I thought this would be a better quick stop than it was. I would have asked for a different room if we got there earlier. The staff is super nice and the breakfast was decent. The room however was crawling with tiny ants. To the point I sprayed bug spray on the side table so they wouldn’t crawl on the bed. I think they had a home in the headboard. I mean a lot of tiny ants. Mold in the bathroom. Just definitely not what I was expecting.”

“Never had any complaints about Holiday inn express but this one was of the worst I have ever been in. Very outdated and old. Felt very dirty.”

“Bagels, cereal, water down orange juice. When I checked in she suggested the omelet place across the road as the place for breakfast. Could not access the wifi this time. I have stayed here three days earlier and had wifi. Would stay here again.”
