“Great pool area for the kids.”

“The front desk changed our king sized bed with mobility access shower on the 3rd floor to a queen sized bed with no handrail tub on the first floor”

“The room provided was filthy. There was urine stains on the floor in the bathroom. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 adults and 2 children. No hand or face towels. The front desk was contacted and they provided another room which was satisfactory. ”

“Our stay at this Hampton Inn was just an overnight as we were traveling. As always, we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Upgrades were being made at this location as we were there, but other than some areas that needed attending, there was no inconvenience. What really stood out was the welcoming and helpful nature of the staff! They were wonderful and treated us as if we were family. Specifically, because of that, if we're ever in the area……
