“The hotel is located next to the highway with plenty of parking spaces, making parking convenient. The hotel has been newly renovated, so the facilities are very new. However, because it is close to the road, the noise from passing vehicles can be a bit loud. Breakfast includes cake, hot water, coffee, milk, orange juice, and a small selection of cereal.”

“We originally got a room with a king bed and pull out bed for myself, mom, niece (18) and child (11). The front desk had said that she was going to upgrade us to their last 2 queen beds with no charge. Which was nice. Parking is very tight for larger vehicles. We got up to the first floor where our room was. We passed several rooms that looked like they were renovating. The room wasn’t terrible. But can tell needed a little TLC. But it was only for 1 night. There were gnats in the freezer and……

“The room was set up much different than other hotels. The shower was open to the room with your bed, there were no side tables next to the bed, no lamps, no plugs or clock. The sink did not drain, the faucet leaked. When I told the staff, they just said ok. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat, and the room smelled like weed or a strange smell. There was not a blow dryer either.”

“The staff didn’t answer phone calls, fees were added on AFTER completion of the payment process for the room/booking.. Security was a joke & the room had damaged ceiling tiles.. The “mandatory security deposit” that was requested AFTER booking was later explained to be for PARKING at the hotel, which meant my “security” deposit would NOT be refunded to me as another employee explained when it was paid for. From trashy service, employees with horrible attitudes, hidden fees, and customer service……
