“They are using the name Extended Stay to trick people into thinking it is an Extended Stay America. The main sign on the street is a totally different name and the place looked very run down and even had at least one car up on blocks in the parking lot. The attendant spoke no English. I left and got a hotel elsewhere. According to the records I received, they claim I checked in on 7/3 and checked out on 7/5. This is a lie. I never checked in at all.”

“We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back! It was very nice, very clean and had everything we needed. The only issues were parking and not having central air conditioning. Although there is parking inside the garage and driveway, it was a very tight fit for both. I was in a minivan, but barely fit and didn’t want dings since it was a rental. As for the a/c, we’re from Texas so that’s all we’re used to. The house had a window unit and a portable ac— one upstairs and one downstairs.……

“I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. The owner was very nice and helpful. ……
