“The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained`. Everything worked, bed was super comfortable, and the on-site managers were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Great security, ample parking, close to everything. It was our first stay and we will definitely be back.”

“No kitchen, room had microwave and coffee pot both units cords didn't reach outlets! I had to switch around both to reach an outlet, microwave had be turned on its side as well to use. Coffee offered in room was terrible ended up buying jar of instant, lol”

Consider adding the information to description on all websites that offer rooms at your resort other than list floor. The shower head is old and does not work correctly. It needs to be changed. Consider adding a handheld. The toilet runs. It does flush correctly. Change it. The exhaust fan is old and sounds like a C-130 warming up. Also consider separate switches for bathroom light and fan. The bedside……

“The property was very nice, clean and it smelled clean (smells are a pet peeve). Only issue was that they say they will clean on the 3rd day, they didn’t. There was a misunderstanding (I believe). ”

“The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! ”

However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. “Kind of a high end monastery in furnishings; hardly homey. Slipped in the shower twice in 2 days. Pool is a joke. Other than that if you can get a good rate from the hotel bargin brokers. it's OK.”
