“Wonderful warm greeting from Ashley and quick check-in. The room had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast, with cinnamon buns served from the tin they were baked in. Good dinner places nearby. Across the street is Castaway Bay and the pretty Castaway indoor waterpark building.”

Nice breakfast buffet included, and outdoor pool & hot tub are open until 11 p.m. Not "fancy," but nice, neat, clean, well kept, safe, quiet, and a great value - EXACTLY what we wanted! We'll definitely choose South Shore Inn again if we're ever back in the area.”
“Can not beat it for the price. Room had tile floors it was not the biggest room but we just needed a place to sleep after cedarpoint. Had a microwave and fridge. They were doing alot of work to the outside of it too.”

“We had a very nice size room. 3 double size beds but one could use new mattress. The bathroom had 2 showers and the best water pressure for the shower heads. Staff kind and considerate. Continental breakfast was good. Coffee readily available ”
