“The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens.……

“The location and cleanliness of the suite was top notch. There were a few minor fixtures that needed work but nothing that detracted from our stay. A+”

“We stayed Sun - Wed during our kids SpringBreak. The property was great and looks exactly like the pictures shown. It was very clean and the directions to get into the property were very helpful! It looked a little shady at first because the door is a side door in an alley but it was fine. The parking deck do the Marriott is right there and you can take advantage of the parking- BUT parking is expensive - it was 188 to park there overnight for 4 days. The reading market is across the street……

“Overall, the stay was great! You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into remodeling and updating the space. The unit itself was very clean and communication with the host was top notch. It was in close proximity to several really great restaurants! However, there were a few cons. The building itself is pretty old and dirty. It’s not the unit owners fault but it’s something to be aware of. Also, when we visited there was a live band down stairs. We traveled with three kids and didn’t……

“Good location-residential but not far from amenities ”

“Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone……

“Es ist... nicht schlecht, vor allem nicht für den Preis. Sauberes Bett, einigermaßen sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal und ein akzeptabler Pool. Nichts an dem Hotel hat mich wirklich umgehauen – es gibt kein Frühstück, und im ersten Zimmer waren einige Geräte kaputt –, aber die Angestellten haben sich wirklich sehr bemüht, alles in Ordnung zu bringen. Also ja, wenn Sie eine saubere und unglaublich günstige Unterkunft für eine Nacht suchen, ist das Extended Stay genau das Richtige.”
