Both times, the hotels were nothing like what was listed. This particular hotel in MA was extremely run down, both inside and outside. There were no amenities at all. The TV didn’t work, and neither did the ice machine. There was no coffee maker and no coffee available anywhere on the property. The bed was rock hard the floor actually felt softer. The location was very noisy, and the walls were paper thin. Room wasn't clean clean but I made due. The grounds were clean and for once i wasn't worrying about walking my dogs.
