"Very helpful and friendly staff. Also the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We didn’t use the pool but they have a nice indoor pool, WiFi, and the host at the front desk made me the most incredible cup of coffee when we checked in (I was exhausted and he could tell!) will definitely stay again when in the area."

"Staff sometimes is missing from the main area or the lobby and you have to hunt them down, but this is an incredibly clean - incredibly well put together hotel.
Anytime we go to Jackson, we pick this place. It's the best one in town."
