"For one they didn’t give me the right room it was nasty as all get out dirty dirty dirty! I was so upset but it was so late I had no choice I’m upset as hell wasted money to visit family n it looked very nice in the pics then got there and didn’t get my hot tub room and they wouldn’t change it"
