"Upon check in the Lady had a poor attitude. Other staff resonated this same poor attitude throughout the stay. It was not everyone, but it was enough to notice and have it affect my perception of the hotel. It might be time for some new friendly hires. All my other stays at Hilton brands have been great except this one."
