“The house was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was clean and we especially enjoyed the screened in area under the house. The sunrise views were very accurate and one of my wife's favorite things. We even got to see a rocket taking off from Cape Canaveral. The beach toys and other supplies were a plus when our grandkids stopped by to visit. We are already planning our next visit. Thanks Kevin! ”

“Great Vacation Property! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to go to the beach without the crowd!the house was clean and stocked with all the appliances you might need. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. There is also a toy area outside stocked with a few beach toys. If you want beach chairs or shade options plan to bring your own unless you get lucky and someone who stays before you happens to leave a few with the toys. The water is pretty calm on this……

“Enjoyed the views and plenty of room for our group. Although there is no water access except via boat at the property, we did walk down the road to the public beach. Although it was rocky in the water, we enjoyed the undeveloped location where the kids found crabs and other creatures. ”
