“Loved the hotel as a whole. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean property. The only issues we had were that out flight got into Tampa at 10:30pm. After getting our luggage and rental car to travel to Clearwater it was approaching midnight when we arrived. We went to the front desk and no one was there. I called multiple times and even went outside to try to find a staff member. No luck. Called Expedia to help contact them and someone finally came to the desk at around 12:40am. So we spent……

“The property smells old and the rooms are in very old conditions. The appliances are broken. No cleaning service unless requested. The pool and hot tub are not supervised. It is as nice that the pool was open all night but everyone seams to j ow that and anyone just goes and hangs out in the back at night. It felt like a public pool for the neighborhood.”
