"Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. This hotel has a bit dated decor, but the location is excellent and the room was comfortable. Side story: Very impressed by the front staff when we checked into the hotel. Someone had put flammable materials in the cigarette disposal outside the entryway and it was smoking heavily. One of the front desk staff calmly and efficiently put out the fire while the other staff member kindly checked me in! I felt like we would be in good hands. "

"This hotel is always immaculate. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options right in the hotel. Centrally located, but just far enough away from the plaza area of downtown to be away from crowd noise. We purchased one of the mid tier suites, but were upgraded to a balcony suite. Staff didn’t know this, but we were celebrating a birthday, so that was a nice little gift. All the times we have stayed, the staff has always made us feel like a truly valued guest. "

"Avery is an awesome hotel experience for couples and thise looking for a more historic feel to their hotle experience. Staff was excellent and beds were so comfy..Love all the soft lighting options in the rooms. If time try the Tiners Pub and Avery restaurant as well. Grest European feel!"
