“Owner was friendly and helpful with our late check-in. Bed is comfortable. The A/C works well. The cold air is blowing directly at the person's head while sleeping. If the air can be directed to he ceiling would be much better. The diverter valve for the shower is faulty. Water is coming out from the tub spout and shower head at the same time. As a result the shower is very weak and little water comes out. Enough food choices around the Inn. There is a rail line behind the Inn. Train's horn……

“This motel HAS the BEST STAFF! The GM is thoughtful & kind and MOST IMPORTANTLY ON TOP OF HER GAME! Sgmhe handles her business. And Alley in Housekeeping IS WONDERFUL!!! She TOTALLY LOOKS OUT FOR YOUR AND NEVER FORGETS ANYTHING!!! She IS ONE of HARDEST WORKING women I've ever seen. They are getting the pool to open which I can't wait since its starting to get HOT! ”

“Loved the cottage setting & cleanliness but disappointed there was no blankets, only sheets on bed, no one sleeps with bedspread, and lovely stovetop & refrigerator but NO coffee pot, No dishes or utensils nor pots & pans?? Didnt make sense to us & hence we had to eat out all weekend. But the staff were very nice. Lastly, no late check out available, gave us 45 minutes extra when asking, never experienced that before”

“Hotel is what you expect, a low cost room in an old hotel in a college town. Two miles north of the stadium, an acceptable stagger back to the room after a Gator's victory.”

“The description and photos are exactly as the property looks. This is a great little Lake-house. It’s quite literally on the lake: the entire back half of the house sits over the water. The dock is beautiful and very well equipped. Best of all: this house has its own little mini boat ramp: which was just wide enough to launch 2 personal watercraft. This is significant because Kingsley lake does not have a public boat ramp. The house itself was clean, cozy, and more spacious than I had imagined.……

“This house is JUST RIGHT!! It is ultra clean and tidy - it's a great size, the beach area is perfect for smaller kids and the dock is little slice of heaven. These owners do a fantastic job of keeping the property in a great shape. It is so welcoming and we never wanted to leave.”
