I laughed with the staff about wanting to stay here because my last name is Platt..... (a few letters longer). I had a magical stay. I enjoyed the rooftop. The service was prompt. The rooms were clean, the showers worked, i'm in downtown new york city, what else can you ask for? Next time I come to new york, I'm staying here especially now that I know the neighborhood better.”

“It was in a perfect location for walking to theaters and sightseeing. The room was clean and met our needs. The shower leaked so we had to use our extra towel to mop up the water. Our blackout shade stopped working the day before we left so we didn’t call for repairs. Overall, I would stay there again.”

“It's a very clean place, the room is very small, there is a trash can downstairs, it is well located in the city center, but it is also a bit noisy and a little unsafe at night.”
