“They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.”

“Free breakfast is what I look for when booking an hotel. Breakfast was good. ”

“The carpet was not vacuumed all week. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about, but edible. The room was clean and live able. ”

“Room was clean. The pool and hot tub were both in need of a good deep cleaning ”

“Eh. That about sums it up. Long overdue for a refresh, but then so is most of Bismarck.”

“The pool was cold, breakfast items were expired and the bath tub had an odd electricity burn marking.”

“The hot tub was fine. But the pool was very cold. I couldn’t get in all the way and swim. Which is why I chose this hotel with the configuration of the pool. ”

“Parking was ok. Had to call for service at front desk. Person eventually came and checked me in. Gave a key but no room number until I asked. Hallway smelled like cats pretty bad and had garbage around. Many areas closed off. In the room it smelled ok. Fridge and microwave weren't working. Flipped the switch on the plug in and they started up. Fridge was full of water pooled around areas and dirty. Air conditioner/heater didn't turn on at first. Repeatedly hit buttons and unplugged and plugged……

“We were beyond thrilled to walk into our room! So clean, neat, so much room! Our king bed was so comfortable, and it was easy to adjust the controls to have our room at just the right temperature. We loved that the sink and vanity were not in the same room with the shower and stool for maximizing our ‘get ready’ time in the morning. We weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub due to a late check in but so good to know for when we visit next. We will definitely be staying here again when we……

“Everything was good very clean friendly breakfast was hot and fresh. The parking was good I would stay again I have nothing bad to say about our 3-night stay. ”

“The staff in the evening are very friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent. The kitchen was delightful. My grandma passed away, so I was able to have family over to visit.”
