“The home was spotless when we arrived. Beautiful inside and out Beds were comfy and kitchen well suited for cooking our meals. Location of the home is perfect! Many hiking trails near by and close to Breckenridge to eat out and do some shopping. The owner Scott was very quick to respond when we reached out with questions. We enjoyed the quiet location and spotted some wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“This was the perfect place for our family of 4 and our dog. The amenities were incredible - pickleball, basketball, the arcade and the pool, and the proximity to town was great. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“Had a great stay! Our dog loved the creek out front and we all enjoyed the huge deck - both the covered and uncovered portion - well equipped with lounge chairs, fire pit, and fully fenced in so our dog could run freely around the deck area. We didn't spend too much time inside on this trip, but it was comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. The grounds in Tiger Run were very nice, the club house was great - included lots of fun things like game room, swimming pool, outdoor……

“Good location. Codes to property and activity room were incorrect. Cold shower.”

“Enjoyed our stay, great location and saw some moose in the yard.”

“Beautiful home and great stay with friends! Plenty of space, highly recommend”

“The house is a great value for a large group. The refrigerator / freezer was full and very little room for our food. The freezer did not make enough ice to keep up with a large group and had no room in the freezer for ice bags. If this house had a new refrigerator it would be 5 stars . Owners were great communicators. If others would clean out their food it would help.”

“Clean and cozy. Great location in a resort community. We liked the pool and hot tub area as well. This place was also well stocked with all you need for your stay.”

“Highly recommend! The host was excellent to deal with and the property is just a great escape for any holiday travel.”

“Property managers were responsive…. unfortunately to a lot of problems. None massive, but overall not worth the premium paid at all.1. The properties managers emailed us and had us sign a contract with costs and terms that varied with what we agreed to on VRBO checkout2. A bag of trash ripped open and scattered about the back yard on arrival3. Kitchen faucet not secured to the counter4. Bathroom cold faucet not secured, so wouldn’t work after 1-2 actions without tightening it again5. Brown……

“Great location and great accommodations. ”

“We had a wonderful time during our two weeks day. So much so that we’re looking at purchasing in the community. Unit is extremely clean when we arrived, plenty of beds, soap and paper products. Very convenient from the clubhouse. My husband and I use the fitness center many times. You can’t beat the Location close to many ski resorts Lake Dillon, restaurants and grocery stores. Look forward to coming back.”

“Great stay at the chalet. The host, Fonz, was available for any questions regarding our stay. We will be coming back next summer!”

“Great hosts and a great house in a great location! The hosts were incredibly responsive (within minutes) whenever we had a question. Stayed here with a group for our annual ski trip and would stay here again next year (or even for a summer trip). Thanks!”

“Great property, the picture online do not do it justice as to where the cabin is located. Literally breathtaking, and the views are amazing! Fully stocked kitchen, multiple comfortable living spaces and decor, large bedrooms, comfortable bedding. Quick response from the property management, great experience all around. ”

“Great cabin with an amazing view in the mountains, wonderful hot tub, and very clean. Wonderful host!”

“Host comminicated very well. Property was very clean. Host had instructions for everything on the refrigerator. Highly recommend. ”

“The host was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and so accommodating. The house was lovely and set up in a way that made it feel like a cozy home, with everything from condiments and coffee to snacks, plates, glasses, and cookware. You name it, they had it all! There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The place was tucked away at the end of a drive, so it was nice and secluded from everything. It was close to town but not too close. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely……

“Long overdue for a thorough deep clean. Hot tub was well maintained. Outdoor furniture in poor condition, too dirty to use. Bedroom near storage shed very hot due to furnace in shed, unable to cool even with windows open. Terrible cookware. Mold and mildew in primary shower. Primary bed hard as a rock with pillows that appeared to be several years old. If you just need a place to touch down and don't plan to cook this would be reasonable. For the condition I would expect to pay half of the rate.”
