“We loved our stay at Puerta Azul. They have their own dock to start snorkeling and kayaking from, as well as boat pickups of you prefer tours to reach farther destinations. Breakfast onsite was great with a weekly rotating menu. One thing to note is that the onsite restaurant is the only convenient but expensive option for lunch and dinner. The main road is not comfortably walkable, although we did do it a few nights for more variety. The front desk can also call taxis for you. The reef……

“This property is quiet and tucked away. You can snorkel right off the property with an eclectic assortment of marine life to view. The pool is so clean and offers beautiful view of sunset. Breakfast was another surprise; hearty enough to last me most of the day. There are plenty of places to explore on foot into half moon bay. The staff is charming and extremely helpful. Would definitely visit again!”

“Loved the location by this cute beach strip at the side of the village. It was nice to take the water taxi to West Bay but stay here. Very pretty vista outside. And sun beds available. Our room was Economy for 3 people but met our requirements. It was really clean and comfortable. It was just me and my daughter and we had plenty of space. Shower great. Stayed for just one night, but would have extended but needed to return home. This is not a resort style luxury but a comfortable and clean……
