"The customer service was great. Friendly staff very knowledgeable. Quick and easy check in. We loved our stay at the hotel. The hotel is very clean. The bed is comfortable .We had a great stay. Next time we are in town we will definitely stay here again. The outside of the property needs some maintenance. It looks like is abandoned and sketchy but as you drive to the back of the building it looks nice. "

"Stayed for a week for the NSCC. Was very convenient to walk to the convention center, the Entertainment District, and the outlets. Romm was large, clean and comfortable. Both restaurants in the hotel had great food and service. Overall a terrific experience, we would highly recommend the Double Tree at Rosemont."

"I had a bad experience at another hotel while visiting Chicago for a basketball tournament and thankfully was able to find another hotel quickly. Upon checking in, staff member Jared was great. He was sympathetic to what I went through at the other hotel and unexpectedly gave us an upgraded junior suite and a parking pass for our stay there at the hotel. People do not have to be kind to you and I'm extremely grateful for Jared being so kind to my family and I. The room was a total 360 from the other hotel room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable. I enjoyed our stay there and if I ever visit Chicago again, this hotel will be high on my list. "
