"Jacuzzi in room did not work, no towel bars or hooks, and no luggage racks in room. Took several hours to get one when requested. Otherwise, had a deluxe king room in tower, but we were on first floor next to registration. Room size was very good. Room Service breakfast was delivered quickly and was delicious. Grounds were clean and well kept."

"Clean room and friendly staff. We needed an iron and iron board, we went not able to phone the front desk, had to go downstairs personally and get them. Was also surprised by a hidden fee when checking in to the hotel"

"There was a small stain on a pillow case, but we were too tired to ask to get the pillow case changed and tub was a little dirty. The staff were nice I’m sure they would have changed it or cleaned it. All the other linen was fine. The pillows and the bed were comfortable and cozy. It was a quiet stay. The breakfast waffles were tasty. I enjoyed their continental breakfast and parking was easily accessible. "

"The property is beautiful, rooms are great, and the beds are sublime. Great sheets - would love to get them for home! We walked the grounds each day and enjoyed the views from every location - architecture, landscape, vineyards were all gorgeous. We had breakfast at Bouquet both mornings we were there - truffle brioche sandwich and burrata toast are highly recommended. They should bottle their truffle aoli! We used their massage partner Soothe for in room couple massages and it was perfect! So easy and what a treat not to have to leave the room! Great way to start your day!"

"First off got put in a bad room. We were there to celebrate our anniversary. Was asked if we could get put to a better room And was told they would see what they could do. Never heard from anyone afterwards. The room needs to be updated. I was supposed to have a king's size and we got a queen. The shower didn't work right.I did let them know. I feel the money I spent .It was not worth it. I wish there was a way to get some kind of credit. So I can rent a different room to recelerate our anniversary. Thank you"
