“Clean and organized. It was very quiet and peaceful.”

“The staff and the room was very nice. My only issues were that it was very hot and stuffy in the hallways. Also there was no ventilation in the bathroom.”

“The air conditioner was very loud. The swimming pool was green with algae and it is inside which shows no maintenance. Breakfast was cold.”

“They clearly do not replace the lines or vacuum. I brought my own blankets they were flooded with hair, lint, etc. I am not sure if there was a dog in the room but there was white fur all over my clothes and covers. My socks were so disgusting after walking on the floor. They seem very understaffed only one lady for the whole hotel while I was there atleast and must be having to take short cuts to get to as many rooms as possible.”

“Found cockroaches and bed bugs. The bathroom sink had some hair in it,the window has little shutters and didn't even lock. So you could just push them open and the side window walls were all broken and had holds. The was all broken on top and the phone didn't work and had a broken bottle.when my son in law went to tell them in the front desk, they weren't surprised about it at all. So they have known about all of that before hand. Bless you change the name too bug inn”
