ミスに対するフロントスタッフの対応が悪かったです。
2人一部屋での予約でしたが、実際部屋へ入るとシングルユースになっており、バスタオルなどの備品が全て一つずつでした。部屋には電話が無かったので、エレベーター脇の電話からフロントに知らせると「取りに来てください」とのこと。安いホテルですが、ホテル側のミスに対して、このようなコメントに驚かされました。 2泊連泊だったので、翌日はタオル交換のみお願いしておりましたが、再び一人分の用意しかなく、どのようになっているのか呆れました。 部屋数が多いホテルですが、エレベーターが一つしかないので、なかなか乗れないことに重ね、各階に停止し、このコロナ禍であえりえないような満員になります。 ホテルの室内は清潔で、しかも静かで、狭い部屋ですが、価格以上に快適に過ごすことができるのはありがたいです。 部屋全体的に照明が暗く、明るさを調整できません。せめてデスク周りが明るくなれば助かります。

スーパーホテルなので大浴場があると嬉しいなぁと思いました。 でも朝食の焼き立てパンも卵かけ御飯も美味しかったです。 ホテルの側道を入ると浅草寺があり、夜のライトアップがゆっくり見ることが出来て、スカイツリーのライトアップも見られて、観光客が少ない夜をゆっくり散策出来る立地が最高です。 朝も観光客がいない浅草寺の散策も良いですよ。
