"The furniture in the living room was so worn and the cushions were all smashed down like years of use. Uncomfortable to sit on. Walls were all scuffed up and I think because of these things it just didn’t feel clean. One of the beds didn’t have a top sheet so we had to re-make the bed as soon as we got in so that was inconvenient. The cost was right and the elevator was nice and convenient… but the condo looked nothing like the picture. "

"The place was amazing. Truly, 150 yards from the beach. The pool was clean and big enough for several families to enjoy the pool at the same time.The only suggestion that I made during my midday check-in… Not a check-in, but really they check in with the Guest to see how your day is going, was that each room should have a broom and dustpan so you can sweep up the sand at the end of the day.Perfect place to stay and we will stay there if we were in surf city again."

"One nice thing about this room was its proximity to a very nice and inviting beach. Here is a more accurate description of the room: small room with some worn out linens and threadbare towels with holes in them. The “kitchenette” consists of a coffee maker with 2 cups, a refrigerator and a microwave. There are no dishes so bring your own if you’re planning on eating in your room. You can wash your dishes in the bathroom sink. There was a bag of trash on a broken down lawn chair when we arrived...

"Our family had a wonderful vacation! The home is located right on the beach, beautiful view of the ocean from the living areas and master bedroom! The host was wonderful and attentive throughout the stay. The home was clean and spacious. The home was complete with all kinds of accommodations such as kitchen wares, beach toys and accessories. It was relaxing waking up to oceanfront view. I got to enjoy painting plein air from the deck with my oil paints. Highly recommend!!"

"Our family had a wonderful stay here. The house is very convenient to the beach. It’s just a short walk to the beach access and the beach itself was beautiful and not very populated. The house was clean, updated, and worked really well for us and our 3 yr old daughter. Jeff was highly communicative and great to work with during our stay. He was really friendly and had some great recommendations for places to go on the island. We’re looking forward to another stay next summer!"
