“It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds...

Large deck off of the living room with comfortable chairs for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was not fancy, but it was well stocked.Communication with the rental people was seamless.There are about 15 steps from the parking spot to the front door; FYI.We would definitely stay here again when we return to Topsail Beach.”

“Location was perfect, far enough away from the bridge and traffic but easy to get around to where you want to go. Neighbors were respectful, no issues with being the middle unit. Condo was spotless and well maintained. Parking was easy and safe. 10/10 would book again. ”

“We usually go to Atlantic Beach but decided to try Tipsail for the week of July 4th. Had our family of 4 (8 and 5 year old) and had a nice time. Communication with the property owner was excellent and provided us all the details ahead of time. Place was clean, spacious and had a great oceanfront view. We had everything we needed and brought the essentials the place said they don’t supply. Location was great to access except when we left. There’s a market about 1.5 miles away which was...

“We loved this beautiful condo. It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed views from the porch morning, day, and night. The beach was great and access was close by, and we were impressed by the size of the pool- which had a large shallow end for our toddler. My only complaint is that the stair climb was a bit much for some in our group, particularly loading and unloading and all trips that entails. We'd definitely go back.”
